You have to have a reason to get out of bed in the morning."Without a sense of purpose in life, we drift, we become impatient, discontent and stressed. This is why some people resort to violence or attempt suicide. Questions such as, "What am I here for?" and "Why do I exist?" are the subject of the book The Purpose Driven Life. "This book will help you understand why you are alive and God’s amazing plan for you – both here and now, and for eternity." 40 Days of Purpose is a period of 40 days when local churches help people to discover, or rediscover, God’s purposes for them.
