Core Materials

The Celebrate Recovery core materials consist of:

• Course Pack

Includes a copy of the Leaders Guides, Participants Guides (4 books), video/tape cassette teaching aids with a Leaders manual. All the materials you may need to consider starting a Celebrate Recovery course in your church.

• Leaders' Guide

Providing all the tools that leaders need to run the Celebrate Recovery groups.

• Participants' Guides

There are 4 books in this series:

1. Stepping Out Of Denial Into God's Grace
2. Taking A Honest And Spiritual Inventory
3. Getting Right With God, Yourself And Others
4. Growing In Christ While Helping Others

The books can be taken home by the participants and used to encourage and support the steps taken in the group work.

Preparation

Churches interested in running a Celebrate Recovery course should always consider this decision as a long-term commitment by the church to those in need. Prayerful thought and planning needs to go into setting up a leadership team and training in the use of the materials.

We would suggest that any centre considering this programme in their design to reach out to the needy should contact the Purpose Driven UK office for our sample 'Overview' material or order a 'Leaders Course pack.

In addition, we assist 'Community Church Derby' in running a yearly training day which you are welcome to attend. This is normally held in late March.
