What is the PDM UK returns policy?

 

We do not offer a ’Sale or Return’ option on our materials. However, should you need to return an unused item (which must be in it’s original sealed packaging), please contact the PDM UK Office on 0208 570 3351 within within 30 days of purchase.  

Can I collect the items myself?

Yes you can. A time and date can be agreed with the PDM UK Office Team. Please contact us via telephone on 0208 570 3351.

Is my information safe?

Yes your information is safe. Our payment service is via PayPal and we do not hold any payment details in the office.

How can I pay?

You can pay by 3 methods.

 

1 - Card Payment (Via Paypal).

This can be done through paypal. You are able to use your paypal account or fill in the information to enter your card details.

 

2 - BACS Payments.

Please contact the PDM UK Office for details on 0208 570 3351.

 

3 - Cheques.

Cheques should be made payable to Purpose Driven Ministries UK. Please write your invoice number on the reverse and send your payment to the address shown on your invoice.  

My DVD or Audio CD is not working?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact the PDM UK Office on 0208 570 3351 and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
My order isn’t here yet?
We aim to ship orders within 24 Hours however delivery of orders can take up to 3-5 Working days. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time please contact the PDM UK Office on 0208 570 3351 and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How do I use my voucher code?

If you have registered for a campaign, you may have been assigned a time-limited voucher entitling you to a discount on the resources for this campaign only.

If you have such a voucher, and would like your discount to be applied to your shopping basket, please enter your unique voucher code by selecting the option on the shopping basket. Once entered your total will be amended accordingly.

 

Please note that our discount vouchers, where offered, may be used only for materials relating to your original campaign registration. They are not for general use on our site.

How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order please contact the PDM UK Office on 0208 570 3351, immediately. Please note that orders which are in stock are usually processed and sent out within 24 hours between Monday and Thursday. Should you request to cancel your order after it is sent out we will require you to send the items back to us.
